Set off on a gourmet escapade in the heart of the village of Ollon: start with a rejuvenating stroll through the local countryside, then enjoy a homemade picnic with a local flavour in the cabinet of Pierre and Michel Anex's estate, before finishing with a wine tasting directly in the cellar. An authentic experience, full of flavour all year round!
The Ollon region and its hillsides abound with trails that are ideal for hiking. From the Sentier des vignes to the Sentier de Provence or simply the narrow streets of the village of Ollon, there's something for everyone!
Follow the itinerary given to you by the winemaker, who will take you to the vineyard of the Pierre and Michel Anex estate. A winemaker's basket containing everything you need for a bucolic picnic in the heart of the vines will be waiting for you! In summer, the basket includes cheese, sausage, crackers, vegetables and 50 cl of local wine. In winter or autumn, a basket containing everything you need to prepare a fondue is available on request!
To round off the day, head to the estate cellar for a tasting of the various wines produced on site: chasselas, cuvée blanche, chenin blanc, rosé, gamay, pinot noir, gamaret-garanoir, divico, two-noir, cabernet jura, douceur d'automne...
