Situated in Aigle, Montreux Golf Club’s 18-hole course is open all year round. With spectacular views of the surrounding mountains, such as the Dents du Midi or the Muverans, the club has about 500 members and welcomes visitors with a course pass (ASG card).
At the foot of the Vaudois Alps, Montreux Golf Club has a grass practice area, an indoor putting green with artificial turf, a pitching green, putting green and practice bunker. There is also a Pro Shop and a Club House with a restaurant offering magnificent views of the greens.
The hundred-year old Montreux Golf Club was renovated by the celebrated architect Ronald Fream in 2005. Preserving the ancient trees, Fream added three well-placed ponds and rolling fairways through the green landscape.
Golf is a sport that can be freely enjoyed without supervision, so Montreux Golf Club asks everyone to adopt a respectful conduct, follow golfing etiquette and dress correctly. Visitors with a course pass (ASG card) are welcome to test their skills on the course’s 18 holes and beginners can have lessons with golf instructors.
