The chef works in close collaboration with local producers and craftsmen to compose her menu and spoils guests with combinations of intense flavours.Large bay windows offer a breathtaking view of Lake Geneva and the French Alps. In the warm season, the tables are set up on the terrace, in the shade of the century-old cedar trees in the 10-acre park.
