Its three Michelin stars retained for the past 30 years and its legendary chefs, Benjamin and Fredy Girardet, Philippe Rochat, Benoît Violier and now Franck Giovannini, make “Crissier” one of the temples in the world of gastronomy.
That little extra: Excellence, tradition… Sitting down at a table of the Hôtel de Ville de Crissier is an experience in itself. The table d’hôte, placed near the pass, is the perfect spot to watch the brigade work in the heart of this ultramodern kitchen.
Favourite dish: “Petits pois-Carottes” (Peas and Carrots)
