Itineraries in the Jura Vaudois combining gastronomy and pleasure are multiplying to motivate families and friends to enjoy snowshoeing
From the Col des Etroits pass above Sainte-Croix, the moderate Mont des Cerfs route will take the hikers to the lodge of the same name, with a menu containing specialities based on local products.
The Chasseron route will take the sportier snowshoers to the summit restaurant, which is renowned for its Mauler fondue. And for the sake of variety, it is possible to stop off at the Bullatonne-Dessous restaurant to try one of the dishes prepared with products from the alpine pasture.
Families can leave from the Mollendruz pass and head towards Bréguettaz, a stop where gourmets will love the traditional dishes with their touch of originality.
