- The flight will take place only if the weather is good, we will contact you the day before the flight to let you know the exact time of the meeting and confirm / cancel the flight.
- The take-off time changes according to the season, Dec-Jan-Feb 08:30-09:30/March-Apr 08:30-07:30/May-June 07:00-06:30/July-Aug between 05:45 and 06:30 depending on the temperature/Sep-Oct-Nov 7:30-08:30
- Children must be at least 1m25 tall (about 8 years old in order to be able to look over the basket) and be accompanied.
- Pregnant women cannot board.
- From the age of 80 years old or in case of health problems, please consult your doctor for an opinion as the balloon can go up to an altitude of 3000m.
- Sporty clothing and seasonal clothing are recommended. We advise you to wear waterproof shoes and to bring a cap or an hat.
- If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Meeting place
