Noted 14/20 by the famous GaultMillau guide, Ze Fork takes its name from the famous giant fork planted in Lake Geneva just opposite the restaurant. Thanks to its original concept of presenting each dish in three different ways, the restaurant is a great success!
Situated near the Leman lake in Vevey, the restaurant Ze Fork occupies the ground floor of an old restored mansion. Born during the summer of 2014, the founders are Jean Bodivit at the reception and Chefs Aurélie Seignouret and Lionel Glauser in the kitchen.
Ze Fork renew the concept of trilogy that made the success of the Station des Sens. Each dish offers three interpretations around the same product (for instance foie gras) or around the same theme like the farm or the vegetable garden.
Ze Fork also boasts a stunning terrace with breathtaking views of the lake, the mountains and even the region's famous giant fork. Inside, old wood and antiques have been juxtaposed to give a chic, contemporary feel.
