The Nord Vaudois-Jura route starts in Lausanne, the second largest city on Lake Geneva. The diverse cycle paths cross the Gros-de-Vaud, passing through varied landscapes from forests to wide fields and villages. They finally end in Yverdon-les-Bains on Lake Neuchâtel, the destination for this stage.
