Discover the mysterious world of truffle growing in Bavois and Suchy.
Guided tours of the truffle farm with explanations of everything from truffle cultivation to harvesting. Alvin and Astor, the truffle dogs, demonstrate truffle hunting techniques, and several cavage techniques are presented.
The tour ends with an aperitif/tasting of truffle products and surprising truffle desserts, accompanied by local wines (AOC Bonvillars or Côtes de l'Orbe).
