Ideally located within easy reach from the motorway and public transport, the wine cellar of Pierre and Michel Anex is in a charming and well-appointed farm. The cellar and its reception areas offer a magnificent view of the lovely village of Ollon, the vineyards and the Alps.
For Michel Anex, the term terroir is a combination of three things: it defines a wine’s character, a vintner’s working methods and the pride to present specifically local products. This family business vinifies its wines at the estate and cultivates its grape varieties in an environment-friendly way.
Two varieties are grown without chemical treatment.
To discover these environment-friendly methods, the vintner/producer and his partner welcome their visitors in person and guide them through the cellar and the vineyards and to an authentic vintner’s cabin. Vintners use these little cabins as storage space, but they are now frequently converted into typical reception spaces. At the estate of Les Vins de Pierre et Michel Anex, this cabin is intended for white wine tastings, especially Chasselas.
A reception room and an adjoining terrace are regularly used for events held at the cellar. They are available for private celebrations or business events. The Anex family offers cold dishes or the possibility to book external catering services.
